BRAMPTON CAMPUS CLASSROOM SUPPLY REQUEST FORM

Please use this form to submit your classroom supply requests. Whenever possible, allow a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks to receive the supplies. Timely supply request submissions are an essential part of your role as an Instructor at GLOW College and valuable in ensuring that our classrooms are adequately stocked with the necessary materials to enhance the learning experience. In the event that supplies do not arrive in a timely manner due to stock issues or time restraints, Instructors are encouraged to facilitate the learning the best possible way until the supplies arrive. Should the need for this occur, Students will be provided with additional classroom time to ensure no compromise to practical learning opportunities. Please provide the following details in your submission, ensuring that a separate form is submitted for each related program.
